Iran says four soldiers killed, radar systems hit in Israeli strikes

-

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, stated that the country has “no limits” in defending its territorial integrity following recent Israeli air strikes that targeted military bases in Iran. These pre-dawn attacks reportedly resulted in the deaths of at least four military personnel and caused damage to radar systems.

In an interview with the official website of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Araghchi emphasized Iran’s unwavering determination to defend itself against external threats. He noted, “I think we’ve shown that our determination to defend ourselves knows no limits,” highlighting the country’s commitment to its national security.

The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also issued a statement asserting that Iran is “entitled and obligated to defend itself against external aggressive acts.” This declaration follows the Israeli strikes, which have heightened concerns about further escalation of tensions in the already volatile region. The situation underscores the precarious balance of power in the Middle East, with both nations poised for potential confrontation amid rising hostilities.
